UK Peptide exists because buying research peptides in Britain used to mean gambling on overseas resellers with unverifiable purity claims. We thought a G7 science nation deserved better.
From a frustration to a facility
ukpeptide is the United Kingdom regional brand of Global Bio Research, a global peptide research supplier with local stock in Australia, New Zealand, Bali, the UK, the Philippines and Brazil.
UK Peptide started in 2025 the way most good labs do: with bad data. Our founders — a peptide chemist and a quality manager from the diagnostics industry — kept receiving research peptides that didn't match their paperwork. Purity claims of 99% that assayed at 91%. Batch numbers that traced nowhere.
So we built the supplier we wanted to buy from: independent verification on every batch, real cold storage, same-day dispatch, and documentation a QC officer would actually accept. We launched publicly in 2026 from our Covent Garden facility.
Today we supply university labs, biotech startups and independent research groups across the UK — and we still discard any batch that misses spec, because that was the whole point.

We publish chromatograms, not adjectives. If a batch can't prove itself analytically, it never reaches the shelf.
