When you order or contact us we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and order details. Payment card details are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway and never touch our servers.

We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the site secure and improve it.

We use your data to process and deliver orders, provide batch documentation and customer support, meet legal and tax obligations, and — only with your consent — send our monthly newsletter.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing. Ever.

We process order data under contract necessity, invoicing records under legal obligation, site analytics under legitimate interest, and marketing emails under consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link.

Order and invoice records are kept for 7 years to meet HMRC requirements. Support correspondence is kept for 24 months. Newsletter data is deleted within 30 days of unsubscribing.

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to object to processing. Email hello@globalbioresearch.co to exercise any of these — we respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe we have mishandled your data.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, access is limited to staff who need it to serve you, and our systems are reviewed against the NCSC Cyber Essentials controls.
