Synthesis
GMP-aligned solid-phase synthesis
Sequences are built by Fmoc solid-phase peptide synthesis at partner facilities operating to GMP-aligned standards, then cleaved, precipitated and crude-analysed before purification begins.
Purification
Preparative HPLC to >99%
Crude peptide is purified by reverse-phase preparative HPLC. Fractions are pooled only when analytical HPLC confirms ≥99% purity — anything less is discarded, never blended down.
Verification
Independent HPLC + mass spec
Finished lyophilised vials are sampled by an independent UK analytical laboratory. HPLC confirms purity; mass spectrometry confirms molecular identity against the theoretical mass.
Storage
-20°C cold storage in London
Verified stock is sealed under nitrogen and held at -20°C in our Central London facility. Vials are pulled to order, packed with gel cooling, and dispatched the same day.
