Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases from Global Bio Research Limited, a company registered in England & Wales with its registered office at 71 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, trading as 'UK Peptide' ('we', 'us'). UK Peptide is a trading name of Global Bio Research Limited, which owns and manages this website and every sale made through it.

By placing an order you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not order.

All products are laboratory reagents sold strictly for in-vitro research and development. They are not medicines, supplements, foods or cosmetics, and are not intended for human or veterinary administration of any kind.

By ordering you confirm you are 18 or over, that products will be used only for lawful laboratory research, and that you have the facilities and competence to handle research chemicals safely.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order we reasonably believe is intended for human use, and to refuse future service to any customer who breaches this condition.

Payment is accepted by Visa and Mastercard only (American Express is not accepted), processed securely by a trusted third-party PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. A 5% card processing fee applies to card payments and is itemised before you pay.

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT at the prevailing rate. The final order total is converted to USD at the exchange rate shown before payment, and ArgentPlatforms charges your card in USD. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion rate or fees. All stock is held locally in the United Kingdom and dispatched from our London facility. A VAT invoice is issued with every order.

We may cancel and refund any order affected by stock, pricing or analytical-specification errors, with notice by email.

Orders placed before 14:00 Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day from London. Delivery estimates (Tracked 24, Special Delivery, London courier) are aims, not guarantees, and risk passes to you on delivery to the address supplied.

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. We cannot refund orders lost due to incorrect address details.

Because peptides are temperature-sensitive laboratory reagents, we cannot accept returns of dispatched product except where the product is faulty or the cold chain has visibly failed in transit.

Report damaged, incorrect or thermally compromised orders within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number; verified claims are replaced or refunded in full.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of research data arising from misuse, mishandling or improper storage of products after delivery.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
